Silver Medal in 400m Scottish Athletics Championships for U15 Boys
I took part in the Scottish Athletic Championships at Grangemouth today (Sunday 16-Aug-2009). I added to the Bronze Medal that I won in the Pentathlon by winning the Silver Medal in the 400 metres.
Sounds like your running didn’t suffer too much from lack of proper training while on vacation. Go Garrett.
